Scaled Garden Design Plan for Contemporary Garden

After buying this house the clients discovered that only a third of this large plot could be used as a garden because the other two thirds was in fact agricultural land. Stage one has been to build the parking area and garden whilst waiting for permission to develop the agricultural area at a later date.

The start of the vegetable garden

It was very important for the family to have a vegetable garden and as you can see, the children have already joined in the hard work!

A large area of the garden has been devoted to family entertainment with a circular deck next to the house which leads you off to all other areas of the garden. There are many places for the children to play: The deck which is near to the house, a lawn for the trampoline away from the house, a planted up bed of bamboo to make dens in and a special barked area for the swings and slides.
