Sam and Catherine wanted to divide their L shaped village garden into two separate areas. The storage shed in front of the old privy was knocked down to make room for an intimate table for two in the sunny corner, the lawn was relaid and a new path from the back door now takes you through to Sam’s work shed and greenhouse area. The tortoises will be moved from the lawn area and have a new larger space built for them in the sunniest part of the back garden, to keep Sam company.

Sam, as a skilled cabinet maker has kept the costs down by building the fence and arch through to the back garden himself as well as the beautiful log and recycling store shown in the pictures above.
